Application Process
- All potential tenants will need to fill out an application and successfully pass a credit and background check. Application fees are $50 per tenant and can be filled out online once a tour is completed.
- Once an application is approved, a residential lease agreement will be created and all parties must sign. The security deposit, first month’s rent, cleaning fee and any other additional fees will be required in full in order to hand over the keys.
Cleaning Fee
All tenants are required to pay a non-refundable cleaning fee ($200-$350 depending on the size of the unit) upon move in. This covers the cost to have the units cleaned after the previous tenant has moved out.

We have a great online portal that allows us to efficiently and effectively communicate with prospective and current tenants. Our online portal and app allows you 24/7 access to:

FHA & Section 8 Housing
We currently do not accept FHA or Section 8 housing at this time.
